Recent News and Updates

• Website Domain Update: As of October 27, 2025, Jio Payments Bank has changed its official website domain to jiopayments.bank.in to comply with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.

• Full Ownership by Jio Financial Services (JFS): In June 2025, Jio Financial Services acquired the entire remaining 17.8% stake in Jio Payments Bank from the State Bank of India (SBI) for ₹104.54 crore, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.

• New Product Launch: The bank is planning to launch an innovative product called "Savings Pro", which will be India's first savings account that automatically invests idle cash into overnight Mutual Funds (MFs).

• Infrastructure & Toll Collection: Jio Payments Bank started FASTag-based toll collection in July 2025 and currently manages operations at 11 toll plazas across the country.
